Family plan
Aarogya Kutumbam
Build this month's health plan for your whole family.
Why this matters
NCD risk runs in families — shared food, habits and home all matter.
A family plan reaches the members a single person can't.
Educational and awareness use only. These tools do not give a medical diagnosis. For health concerns, please consult your nearest PHC or doctor.

Prevention by life stage
Elder care (60+)
Fall safety, medicine routine and warning signs for elders at home.
Medicine safety
- Keep one updated list of all medicines and doses
- Use a weekly pill box and fixed daily times
- Never double a missed dose — ask the doctor or PHC
- Take all medicine boxes to every doctor visit
Warning signs — act fast
- Sudden confusion, face droop or slurred speech (stroke)
- Chest pain or sudden breathlessness
- A fall with injury, or unable to get up
- High fever with drowsiness
- Sudden severe weakness or fainting
If this is an emergency, do not wait.
For caregivers
- Watch for low mood, withdrawal or loneliness — talk and involve them
- Encourage gentle daily movement and time outdoors
- Keep emergency numbers and the medicine list on the fridge or wall
- Look after your own rest — caregiver burnout is real
